What this service is
The Aussie Coffee Social Dashboard is an internal business tool used by authorized Aussie Coffee staff to review performance and manage work across connected business accounts.
Data we process
We process account identity details used for sign-in; public and business-account content, engagement totals, comments, mentions and reviews made available by connected platforms; advertising performance; connection credentials; team roles; and security and synchronization logs.
Why we process it
We use this data to authenticate staff, produce business reports, maintain historical records, identify community work that needs attention, monitor integrations, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Dashboard data is stored in access-controlled cloud services. Historical business metrics may be retained while the dashboard is in use so trends remain comparable. Connection tokens are stored as protected secrets and are not displayed in the dashboard. Records may be removed when no longer needed, when an integration is disconnected, or when required by law or a valid request.
Sharing and service providers
Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the dashboard and with the platforms you explicitly connect, subject to their terms. Authorized Aussie Coffee staff can access data according to their assigned role.
Your choices
You can revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions and revoke other platform access from the relevant platform settings. Revoking access stops new collection but does not automatically erase lawful historical business records.
Security
We use Google authentication, restricted staff access, encrypted transport, protected cloud secrets, and synchronization audit logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.
